- Throughout August 6 and 7 (the livestream portion of the conference), you’ll have the opportunity to book appointments and chat live with attendees using the scheduling system built into your booth page.
The opportunity to “sponsor” one general session (other than Plenary 1 or Plenary 2) on August 6 or 7 and up to five on-demand sessions. Your company name and logo/link will appear as the sponsor of the session on the introductory slide. We’re happy to assign your sponsorship randomly or work with you to determine your preference.
- Throughout the live conference and on the website we will repeatedly thank our industry partners for your generosity in supporting our first-ever virtual conference and for helping us keep the registration fees as low as possible (particularly the $49 registration rate for unemployed and precariously employed archives workers).

- One-time use of the pre-registrants list, with contact information.
- And if you decide to stick with us this year—at your current payment—we will guarantee you a premium exhibit booth space at our 85th Annual Meeting in Anaheim (July 31 – August 7, 2021) for the price of a regular booth AND we will provide your company with one complimentary room night at the Hilton Anaheim, our headquarters hotel.
