Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR)

The Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) was established in 1997 after the Council on Library Resource and the Commission on Preservation and Access merged. One of CLIR's goals is to foster new approaches to the management of digital and non-digital information resources so that they will be available in the future
